Maple is the founder of Shiloh Coaching & Consulting. She is a career and executive coach based in Hong Kong, with over 20 years of Human Resources and Executive Search experience in the professional services and banking industry. She is a Purpose & Peace Ambassador, Meaningful Work Designer and Working Mum Empowerer.

Maple is currently a Partner at Sapiens Partners Limited, one of the leading executive search firms in Asia Pacific specializing in private banking. She advises Regional Heads and Market Heads of different private banks on talent acquisition strategy and partners with them to identify the right talents, from Associate to Managing Director level. She has advised and coached over hundreds of candidates on different aspects of their career, including career move, fast-tracking development, leadership skills, etc.
Prior to that, she has worked as the Human Resources Business Partner for Citi Private Bank responsible for the North Asia functions, and also for Deloitte Hong Kong responsible for graduate recruitment, high-potential program and all-rounded human resources functions.
Maple is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of International Coach Federation, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) of Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC designation is being recognized as the most rigorous and respected coach training and certification in the industry), Certified Executive and Team Coach of Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Certified Trainer of "Create Your Meaningful Work” workshop and Certified Tea Sommelier. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resources Management concentration) from Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Maple lives in Hong Kong with her husband and two children (aged 18 & 16).
